Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnyPage, including the mobile application and cloud desktop service (the "Service") operated by AnyPage ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account

• You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.
• You must not share your account credentials or machine access with others.

3. Service Description

AnyPage provides you with a dedicated virtual cloud desktop machine that you can access and control from the AnyPage mobile app. The Service includes:

• A full Linux desktop environment running on a cloud server.
• Real-time screen viewing and interaction from your phone (via VNC).
• An AI assistant that can perform tasks within your desktop on your behalf.
• AI credits that are consumed when using the AI assistant features.

4. Subscription & Payments

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is listed on our website and in the app.
• New users receive a free trial period. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged monthly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@anypage.ai for refund requests.

5. AI Credits

• Your subscription includes a monthly allocation of AI credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time top-ups.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or any malicious software.
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive workloads that degrade service for others.
• Host, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of any kind.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' machines or our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or billing controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Your Data & Content

• Files and data you store on your cloud desktop belong to you.
• We do not access, monitor, or review your desktop content except as required by law, to enforce these Terms, or to maintain service security.
• When your machine is deleted or your account is terminated, all data on the machine is permanently erased.
• You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to keep.

8. Service Availability

• We aim to provide the Service 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause downtime.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The AnyPage app, brand, website, and underlying technology are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our software without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice.
• Upon termination, your cloud machine and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
