Delete Your Account
How to delete your AnyPage account and all associated data.
⚠ This action is permanent
Deleting your account permanently removes your AnyPage profile, workspaces, keys, saved agent data, and remaining credits. This cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your AnyPage account and profile information.
- Your dedicated workspace, its DNS records, and all files on it.
- Your saved Agent tasks, app data, API keys, and connection metadata.
- Your AI credit balance.
- Your managed subscription and open checkout sessions. No new renewal will be allowed after the request is accepted.
What We Retain
- Billing records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Anonymized usage data — aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the AnyPage app on your phone.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Type "delete account" and confirm.
- Your account is locked while AnyPage cancels managed billing, revokes access, and securely removes associated workspace data.
Most requests finish within a few minutes. If an external provider is temporarily unavailable, the account remains locked and our support team completes the deletion within 48 hours. We do not require you to reinstall the app to finish a request.
Alternative: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email support@anypage.ai from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will process your request within 48 hours.
